About Us
Empowering Educators. Supporting Students. Simplifying Compliance.
At Streamline, we understand how challenging special education can be as our team worked in school settings and we serve schools for many years—whether it’s staying compliant, managing heavy caseloads, or retaining great Special Ed professionals.
That’s why we created a tool that make it easier for Special Ed teams to do their job, by eliminating paperwork so you can focus on improving student outcomes. It allows districts to eliminate the chaos while ensuring 100% compliance with real-time one-look dashboards.
Our Story
Our Mission is to enable every child to reach its full potential.
Founded in 2020, Streamline was born out of a simple necessity. Our founder, a former Jet Fighter Pilot, was married to a school-based speech therapist, saw firsthand the administrative chaos her team faced every day. He recognized a striking parallel between running a SPED operation and flying a complex fighter jet mission—both require absolute precision amidst a storm of data.
In the cockpit of a fighter jet, mission success depends on a Heads-Up Display that provides the pilot with the exact information they need at the exact moment they need it. The pilot’s view is different from the co-pilot’s or the wingman’s; each receives personalized, real-time insights tailored to their specific role, yet everyone remains connected to a single, holistic view of the mission.
Mission-Critical Special Education
We applied this same "HUD" philosophy to create Streamline. Special Education is a high-stakes mission where compliance is king and student outcomes are the ultimate goal.
Streamline provides a holistic view of the entire district’s SPED operation while delivering personalized, relevant insights to every team member—from Directors to SLPs—so they can complete their specific mission with 100% compliance. By reducing paperwork by 90% and freeing professionals to focus on intervention, we aren't just managing data; we are ensuring that every "Special Ed Hero" has the tool to meet their mission.

Today, Streamline is an award-winning mission-critical platform that has been deployed in dozens of schools districts across the nations and helps them solve the most critical pain points:
Overwhelming paperwork that limits direct student support
High caseloads, burn-out, and SLP shortages that impact student outcomes and compliance
Lack of clear visibility into teacher and provider interventions, capacity, and student progress
We knew there had to be a better way.
Introducing Streamline:

By removing administrative burdens and enhancing oversight monitoring, Streamline helps special education teams reclaim their time, allowing them to focus on students and deliver individualized interventions more effectively.
We believe that by harnessing the power of automation and data analytics with Streamline, Special Ed teams can focus on what truly matters—empowering their students to thrive.
